Precision Autobody & Collision is the largest high-volume collision repair facility in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Known for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced, production-driven Autobody Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician looking for consistent work, strong
commission earnings, and long-term career stability in a professional shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
• Repair, replace, and align body panels and components
• Conduct metal repair, filler work, sanding, and fitment with precision
• Diagnose collision damage and follow repair plans accurately
• Ensure repairs meet insurance and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and management to meet production goals

Qualifications
Required:
• 2+ Experience as an Autobody / Collision Repair Technician
• Must provide and maintain own professional tools
• Strong understanding of repair procedures and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and a valid driver’s license

Preferred:
• 4+ years of professional collision repair experience
• I-CAR certification or equivalent training
• Experience working with insurance repair processes
• Ability to identify and correct repair issues before final delivery
